freeze frame
if i could freeze time it probably wouldn't be good for anyone
i mean im sure i would save people if i had the chance
like if a car was gonna hit them id say "freeze frame" and pull the person to safety
so i guess that would be good
but i would also pull stupid pranks on people
like pull the chair out from under them
or give em wedgies

or maybe just move stuff so they freak out
but i guess thats why i dont have the power to freeze time
my camera on the other hand does
it even has the power to just slow time down haha
these are some night shots i took

cutting edge technology
that which we hold dear
that which we spend our days longing for
all that we think we need
will one day be the subject of our children amusement.
one day many years from now
i hope that my son
stumbles upon my iphone
and that it makes him giggle
i hope that he wonders how
such a "stone age" thing
could ever have been considered
"cutting edge technology"
i went up to my hommie steves house this week
he had just inherited some uber sweet speaker cabinets
two road amps and a couple old school recording devices
i simply couldn't resist

clarity is fleeting
i never find more clarity then when i am in nature
the car and cell phone forsaken
stress and sadness forgotten
just me the trees and their leaves
the brittle air fills my lungs
and as i exhale
a thin vapor leaves my mouth
and spirals into nothingness
the silence that surrounds me
is broken only by the occasional
flutter of birds wings and the constant
steady falling of water onto cold stone
clarity is fleeting
the car and cell phone forsaken
stress and sadness forgotten
just me the trees and their leaves
the brittle air fills my lungs
and as i exhale
a thin vapor leaves my mouth
and spirals into nothingness
the silence that surrounds me
is broken only by the occasional
flutter of birds wings and the constant
steady falling of water onto cold stone
clarity is fleeting
well enough of that hubbub
